Ethical Government

Governing authority does not derive moral legitimacy from itself. It arises from God. As such, our duly-elected have an ethical obligation to behave in a judicious manner, with continual governance for the common good. Their policies and laws must be grounded upon individual freedoms and a sense of servitude to the people.

Our Judicial system is established under Natural Law, and Judges responsible in the Courts for determining outcomes must follow the Constitution as written, without bias or evolving theories which depart from the original text.

Those employed in civil service are obligated to make policies that are just, rules that preserve individual freedoms, and enforcement measures that are morally responsive.
